If I order today, when will I get my shirt?

Shirts are shipped within 10-15 business days after order placement.

If I order today, when will I get my Jeans, T shirts?

Within 3-8 business days after order placement.

What happens if I never get my order?

What if I don’t like the fit of the custom shirt I order?

We promise free alterations and remakes till the time your shirt fits you perfectly. Your final sizes are then saved online for future orders.

What if I don’t like the Jeans, T-shirts i ordered?

We have a free exchange/return policy within 30 days of purchase. Products have to unused and with all tags, labels intact.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like my shirt?

You can definitely claim a refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of a Brisk shirt, that’s hardly ever a case.

Is there a physical store I can visit?

We are entirely based online and operate through a single website. 

The color I ordered is slightly different from the one I received. Do I have the wrong shirt?

The tone and saturation of colors can vary according to the quality of the screen you’re viewing it on. Please keep a margin for slight variations.

I’m shipping my dress shirt back. Who is going to pay for the shipping?

As per our terms of service, the customer will be liable to bear the expense of return shipping.

I’m shipping my Jeans, T-Shirts back. Who is going to pay for the shipping?

We offer prepaid shipping label to return Jeans, T-Shirts for exchange/refund.

I’m paying online. Is it safe to enter my details?
