What if I get my sizing wrong?

A real person reviews your measurements before tailoring. If something looks off, we check with you before making the shirt.

We want your shirt to keep earning its place in your wardrobe.

If you notice a possible manufacturing fault in your dress shirt within six months of purchase, send us your order details and clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, arrange a remake.

This support is separate from our 60-day fit-remake policy. Manufacturing-fault remakes require assessment and confirmation.

When can I wear it?

Your shirt is made to order. Standard delivery takes 14 to 18 business days. Express delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.

Could I get a refund instead?

Yes. You can request a refund within 60 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. A $9 processing fee applies unless you selected Free Returns in your cart. Return shipping may also apply.
